How to create a discussion in the project

The user has several ways to communicate ideas and suggestions during the project. Discussions, comments, and tickets  

Discussion: Information related to the topic can be discussed as a discussion. Anyone in the project can create a discussion and all the members would receive notification regarding the same. Discussion is created on broader topics such as Research, Website design etc.  

To create a discussion in the project, follow the steps:  

1. Click on the project option to view all the projects list.  

2. Click on the project related to the discussion you want to create. Within the project, click on discussion option.
 

3. In the discussion, there would be a list of already created discussion topics. If the topic already exists, the user can open the discussion and start commenting on it. 
 

4. Click on create discussion. A window opens with Subject and description options. Subject is mandatory and explains the topic (Example: Design ideas, server information etc.). More explanation of the contents of the discussion topic can be written in the description. 
 

5. Now click on the newly opened discussion. And the information as comment. Click on send to post. It is possible to add files as attachments in the comment.
 

6. A notification will be sent to all the members of the project after the discussion is created. If there is any activity in the discussion, for example reply to your comment, then the user gets notified.
